For use with Express Nordic Base Structure. Blue roller is best in snow temperatures from -22f to 14f. Note these are air temperatures not snow temperatures. In very cold coarse snow, adding blue structure can be advantageous, but in very cold new snow, having a very smooth base is best (no added structure)
